Please click on the link<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ncse.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/NCSE-Application-form-3-Assistive-Technology-2022.doc\" target=\"_blank\"> here<\/a> to download an application form.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NCSE processes applications for Assistive Technology for students with special educational needs. Completed application forms should be submitted to your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ncse.ie\/regional-services-contact-list\">SENO<\/a>&nbsp;along with the professional report(s) supporting the application.
